Have you noticed a change in the look of your skin?
 

Skin cancer is extremely common in Australia, with two in three Australians diagnosed with skin cancer by the age of 70.

Early detection is important. If you have a mole or spot that concerns you, or have noticed any changes to your skin, it is important to have it checked by a doctor.

Look out for:

• A mole that has changed in colour, shape or size.
• A spot that has become itchy, painful or starts bleeding.
• A sore or area of skin that doesn't heal.
• A new spot or growth that is changing or growing quickly.

University Health Practice offers spot skin checks with Dr Cheng Chen for patients concerned about a specific mole, spot or area of skin.

Please note that Dr Cheng Chen offers spot checks only and does not perform full-body skin checks.

Full-body skin checks are available to existing patients of Dr Alison Cranwell only.
