Fees

The doctors at University Health Practice offer mixed billing. Consultation fees are payable in full at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card. Medicare rebates can be deposited into your savings or cheque account at the same time.

Your appointment fee will depend on the type of appointment and the duration. A list of consultation fees is available here and is also displayed in the reception area and waiting room. Should you require a copy of the assigned DB4 form for a bulk billed telehealth appointment, please call the clinic on (08) 7095 0273.

The University of Adelaide students and staff will be charged a reduced out-of-pocket fee. To receive the discounted rate, you must bring a valid Student ID or Staff Card on every visit.

We require three hours' notice for appointment cancellations, or you will be charged a non-attendance fee.

Patients with financial difficulties should speak with reception staff before an appointment, either in person or via telephone.

Please note that there may be additional costs for other GP service items or clinic services such as wound care products, consumable items, and specific administrative requests (e.g. transfer of medical records). For more information on the fees for procedures, please click here.
