Dr Louise Fischer

Dr Louise Fischer provides comprehensive, patient-centred care and brings extensive hospital experience to her general practice. She studied medicine at the University of Adelaide and worked in critical care, including Accident and Emergency, Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthetics, before pursuing a career in General Practice.

Dr Fischer provides a range of general practice procedures, including contraceptive implant insertion and removal and ear syringing. She also has an interest in iron deficiency and anaemia.

Dr Fischer has undertaken additional training in non-directive pregnancy counselling and provides supportive, confidential care for patients considering their pregnancy options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
